All work fine ¡¡- The total weight without fuel is 5500 grms (11 pounds) so I have just finished a new three longer blades . Jesus Ortega Delgado Posted March 17, 2017 Author Share Posted March 17, 2017 Hi Rich . The Kellett KD 1B it is my own design . I spent more than one year to built this model ¡¡¡. In my opinion , this was one of the most beautiful autogyro . I have not check it yet due to change the engine. The model weight it is 5300 grms so I made another longer blades set in other of reduce the load disc .. I have fit an Saito 100 instead of an 91 FS. The more work was the pre-rotator system .It is a hard lathe work but now it is work perfectly . I will hang this on Youtube . The PCA 2 , Yes it is from Dave .I have made slight changes , it have a pre-rotation system too and flat bottom profile blades , very easy to fly , good design.
