Today I couldn't log in with the reason being given that my password was incorrect. My acount is now blocked/disabled. As I was using my normal password something is not as it should be. Anyone else having problems with their HK acounts? . I wonder if their site has been hacked? Paul Ditto - I did have that problem some time ago but clearing the cache on your computer browser cleared that issue. Worth trying that before you contact HK. The 1st is if someone has hammered your signbin dozens of times wrongly, then thankfully they get locked out. 2nd, the sign in boxes, though they look clear, they are not and have a digit or two already in them. However, by contacting the 24hr Chat Line they were able to unblock the account.
