Darran
hi As a novice flyer and builder, I'm looking for ideas of a quick build hack that I can use over the winter. Needs to also be flyable by a novice flyer, I'm flying on my own at the club now having been passed off, but consider myself a novice. I'm looking for something that I can use to start learning more than just going around in a circle, that I can build and rebuild in the event of mishaps. Ideally quick and easy to build in foam would be ideal. Thoughts please

MattyB
Electric or IC? If the former download one of the Flitetest plans, get some Depron and a tube of UHUPor and away you go!
Darran
The 3-way looks an interesting prospect with its different configurations. And the flitetest site, has a number of choices, why have I not seen this before

Darran
Flitetest seem to use a foam board with a paper backing, what is this? Depron doesn't have a paper backing
Phil Green
For fun vs outlay you cant beat a Nutball. Very aerobatic and yet sedate on low throttle. Scale it to suit any motor. Add lights and frighten the neighbours!
