I`m wanting a glue for fixing balsa wing ribs, that has an approx, 3 minute setting time, to ensure the ribs are correctly set. I use CA normally but it does not give me time to reposition. David Tayler Posted December 26, 2017 Share Posted December 26, 2017 Toolstation sell a thick CA adhesive for 99 pence for 20ml. It sets fairly slowly .It works well on balsa and may give you the time you want for repositioning components. It is also foam safe (depron) if used with kicker. ChrisB Posted December 26, 2017 Share Posted December 26, 2017 Hi Eric, are you repairing or building new? Gorilla white glue is perfectly good and will dry at room temperature in about 2 hours.
