i see that there are differences between the new DX6 and its versions G2 and G3, so am starting this hopping will be discussed.

and as i have a question regarding programming it, here i come, hopping again that some1 will be able to help:

am trying to program it to have some 'down' trim when climbing. i fly electric gliders, and they increase the tendency to climb under power.

so far i have learned that i start by getting into system setting i select a switch, enable it and i now can switch to any 3 positions.

now i need to learn how to increase or decrease the amount of signal until reach the convenient amount.

thanks

i got into fmode,, selected a switch, and i see that when i flip it changes the number down there. great. so now what is next?

i need to learn how to increase or decrease the amount of signal until reach the convenient amount.

Trial and error, I suggest starting with 10% down.

As I understand your question:

You want to give it a bit of down elevator when using the motor...

Just Go to mixes

Set it to

Motor>elevator and adjust it with removed prop

(Or a external rx battery instead of the esc, so the motor don't run

Normally 1-2 mm down will do it..

Is it possible using a Spektrum DX9, also DX10t to, via a switch to have 10% up elevator for hand launching a model.

No problem

You can do it by using the flt mode and set it up there.

Or make a mix

aux 3 >elev

Then set the switch you want

And set the elevator as you want

And fly
