J D 8 Posted July 25, 2018 Share Posted July 25, 2018 I was flying my RC Factory Flash the other day when on powering up into the vertical there was quite a bang and power was lost.Managed to land back on the strip to find all that was left of the motor was the winding's dangling below the aircraft. Have fitted a replacement motor of similar type [ from the fleabay ] and while it runs up to full power alright if you slap the throttle open it stops with a screech. Stick back to low and move up steady motor runs fine. Have swapped ESC with no change [ amps well within ESC limit ] Duff motor ? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
