Piers Bowlan
Yes David, wing tips folding like a Sea Hawk with 'R' clips or similar to lock them in position (in addition to the central joining tubes for the left and right wings). Also, the Fuselage folding just behind the wing, hinged along the underside. The v-tail folding like butterfly wings, this i did on another glider successfully some years ago. I also built a three metre span o/d flying wing a while back with the wing in three sections for transport, they didn't fold though. I haven't quite decided on my winter build yet but EE could well be it. Edited By Piers Bowlan on 03/08/2018 06:10:

Piers Bowlan
Might be 'clever' if it works David! I will check my balsa stock, it looks like a relatively quick build for a large model, it's the modifications that always take the time I find. Peter Miller
Trust me, it is simple and quick. I would not do the "tube" type motor mount, just use the ususaal bolt it onto F-1. The tube works but is fiddly and not as strong.
