Wing servo lead plugs and sockets?

My solution is similar to Martin McIntosh's (3rd post in this thread), except I etch custom printed circuit boards instead of using Vero board. I use single-row or twin-row header pins, straight or right-angle depending on the application, and use corresponding crimp pins and housings which I get from RS Components.

I tend to agree with BEB, there is still a single point of failure for the twin Rx solution. With the SBUS setup this can more easily be reduced by adding in either power redundancy, eg Optipower Ultraguard or for full redundancy a redundancy bus, giving both power and Rx redundancy.

Ron, how does the Optipower Ultraguard provide power redundancy ? I've googled the it, the advert doesn't explain anything but claims to charge & balance up to 2c in flight.

By full redundancy bus are you talking about a duplicated SBUS ?
