Still nothing turned up despite their polite assurances, so opened a PayPal complaint and got my money back the same morning (yesterday). Very unusual to have this even in these times - I can't recall another problem with an internet order over hundreds of transactions. Good for PayPal though. SLEC - Always excellent packaging, service, help and advice Rapid RC - Excellent pricing and next day delivery Model Fixings - Amazing selection of really useful bits. Next day delivery, excellent packaging and a really good 'consolidate my package' service. Overlander - Good advice, packaging and service overall. Thumbs up to all the above. Ordered drills and hex keys lunchtime yesterday using standard Royal Mail and were delivered before 10am today. There range of model engineering tools, drills, lathe & milling tools, taps & dies etc LH &RH threads is staggering. There are many types of thread I've never heard of....
