Basil Posted April 7, 2020 Share Posted April 7, 2020 I am a returnee from way back!!!. I am building the Dawn flyer.I have not been through ALL of the posts on this build, but many I have. So far I can find no or little reference to the type / size etc of the hinges used. Can any body give me some detail as to what type and size etc will be suitable. I would also like some guidance regarding the shape of the parts at the adjioning edges !!!. What I've read so far indicates there are many possible solutions. For some one like me some seem a bit complex. I am not afraid of complex, but obviously its 'Horses for courses'. DF is after all a WW! type craft , slower than most so!!!!!!!!!!!! I have only used Mylar so far I have been refering to BEB's dawn flyer thread, finding it very useful so far . Thank you in advance for any guidance on this subject.
