J D 8
Would like a crimping tool to make up servo leads with Futaba type connectors. Any recommended would be helpful as I just can not locate one except in China. Thanks.

Martin_K
I also have the HobbyKing tool as linked by Ron. You can make a good job with it but one caveat. The jaws have two slots, one narrow, the second slightly wider, I think for heavier gauge wire. I now only use the narrow slot as that way I know the crimped on connector will actually fit into the plug body! If you are only making up servo leads, not a problem. For battery connectors choice of wire, insulation not too fat and bendy, is critical to an easy job.
J D 8
Thanks all for the info, will probably go with the Hobby king as will have only now and then use. I have another crimper for larger wires. Cheers.
