vinyl cutting

Hi Ian, I have been using a Silhouette Cameo for a few years now. It works really well for most stuff but has limitations on how small you can go with lettering. I have found that anything below about 8mm high or so letters can be a problem, the cutter tends to drag the letter off the backing. Everything else is great. Below is a recent example of something I did with the Cameo.img_6084.jpg

I also use a Cameo, and agree that small objects can be a problem with SolarTrim because its adhesive sticks to the blade itself, or it curls and sticks to the blade holder. But, as Barrie Lever has suggested, other materials and different cutting settings may allow you to go smaller.
