SiBee
Thinking of getting the Seagull Chippie. I want to power it IC but my club doesn’t allow 2 stroke which is the recommended motor. Does anybody use a 4 stroke in this model ? thanks
Andy J
I have a SC120 4 stroke in an Apache Chipmunk which is a very similar size to the Seagull variant. Models flies very to scale like and is a simple model to fly as the flaps can really slow it down for landing.
Eric Robson
I have the Laser 100 in my Seagull Chipmunk a great combination I fit the tank under the tank floor with very little modification and have had no problems with this set up, It is not ballistic but it does fly faster than scale at full throttle. SiBee
Great, thanks chaps for your replies. BTW, the only version available at the moment is the Army camo one. I might have to get this and re-spray it to RAF training colours.
