David, I don't have a Spektrum Dx9, but it looks like it is on page 18 of the manual It even says to select 22ms if you use a mix of analogue and digital and 11ms for digital only. There is no harm using digital servos at a 22ms frame rate and I doubt the Coupe de Barons model would benefit from the higher update speed, even in the pylon race.
