Myron Beaumont
You must all be blind ! Try using your imagination for once He must have guessed the wattage cos like me he's probably had a 15 watt and a 25 watt burn and has extrapolated the pain factor and come up with 125 watts Easy to figure out really Plain as the nose on your face Something else we;ve never seen but by using similar techniques we do know it's there Am I the only one that can use logic ?Phil Sorry to hear you were ripped off for £2 Have you ever seen it ? I paid about £5 for mine but mine is the "use in daylight type " works well too
David Martin 2
....."extrapolated the pain factor"..... I've GOT to use that in conversation with the girlie tomorrow...she'll go weak at the knees....!
Myron Beaumont
Can't imagine how you'd bring that into a discussion about invisible heat appliances with your "girlie" .Let me know if you;re still on speaking terms later on
David Martin 2
I've got to look it up yet Myron, haven't a clue what it means mate...
David Martin 2
Quick definitions (extrapolate)▸ verb: gain knowledge of (an area not known or experienced) by extrapolating▸ verb: estimate the value of▸ verb: draw from specific cases for more general casesI'll think of summit.. Myron Beaumont
PERHAPS a more useful extrapolation of your definitions might be (in your case) "Extra-polite"

Phil Claridge
extrapolate the pain factor means you shout ouch LOUDER AND LONGER iron is still camera shy

Phil Claridge
Caught it - trod on the plug and reeled it in. Used the invisible man technique to get a picture

Malcolm Fisher
Looks very like one my father had and I used to use when I was a "sprog". I have one which I "rescued" after he died - a massive job rated at 250 Watts - very usefull for soldering up PCBs.
