Swiggy Posted May 23, 2023 Share Posted May 23, 2023 Hi All, New here on the forum, with a lay off of over 10 years away from the hobby, the pesky Electric motors and 60 size airframe class seems to be the way to go these days... Petrol guy me and the love of 50cc to 100cc Airframes, back in the day when EG Aircraft used to exist and the high Alpha forum which has seemingly died... if anyone knows what happened to that i'd love to know! lol I have 2 new projects since getting back into the hobby I have a new SkyWing RC Extra NG 85 Inch with a DLE 55 and Can with all Savox Servos on the bench And the 67 Inch Extra NG also from Sky wing that has that funny sounding non petrol thingy that makes the prop go round! Currently flying alot of the E-Flite BNF stuff such as the Ultimate 3d, Focke-Wulf 190, FMS F3A Olymus among others until the bigger projects are finished Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

High Alpha closed a few years ago due to various factors such as cost and lack of support/numbers etc. Quite a few followers moved to flyingsites.co.uk but there is very little activity there now.
