It was folk pushing their luck, and not being held up for it. Doubt the organisers would have designated the largest undercover area as a shared space for smokers and non-smokers. Not sure they could have done if they wanted to as I think it needs to be more open than that.

Simple thing to put a No Smoking/Vaping sign at the entrance, should have been there from the onset.

What good would that do...? My local hospital has a rule that there is no smoking in hospital grounds but you are ankle deep in dog ends just trying to get into the building. Face facts.....smokers/vapers, have no regard for rules, other people, the environment, their personal hygiene(which is why they always stink) They are just drug addicts under another guise.

Not Croydon University Hospital by any chance? Formerly called Mayday Hospital for decades, but changed in recent years because of its bad reputation (or because they call everything a university these days). Still known locally as MayDie Hospital and still in need of colonic irrigation. 💩 Like Evri née Hermes, we're not fools.

 

Anyway, I digress, sorry. I took my angry pills today, instead of my happy pills 🤪

 

I will try to get to the last Weston Park show in 2025 if I can persuade any mates to make the trip. But then again, if they won't even subscribe to RCM&E 🙄
