Bryce Allcorn - BritFlight.co.uk
One of the helicopters we have for demoing the HeliTrainer is a Kalt 30 Baron but we have no information about the helicopter and have been considering selling it to part fund something a bit modern. Is the Kalt still regarded as a modern helicopter or is now a bit long in the tooth? This one has never been flown! Cheers, Bryce.
GrumpyGnome
Don't believe Kalt manufacture helis any more. Certainly Baron's are very very 'old school' and spares can be hard to find - was a nice heli though. GG
Ultymate
Kalt went out of buisness a few years back, hard to understand why as the Baron was the "Raptor" of it's day and was selling like hot cakes. Still a good heli but as already said difficult to get spares for.Edited By Ultymate on 26/03/2009 18:22:

BB
Might be nice to see a pic of the 'heli trainer' itself Bryce. It can't be that unique if you keep it secret ! BB
Pete Gow
I still fly my Baron 30 on a regular basis and i have one for spares although the spare one hasn't had any upgraded parts fitted to it. Both fly very well but as said before spares are hard to come by Pete
