Bruce Richards
I received my August issue today and seem to have duplicate pages 43-50 and 83-90 and I am missing pages 35-42 and 91-98. what is the bet way to get this sorted out?
David Ashby - Moderator
Oh dear sorry about that Bruce, sounds like the printers have been playing games. Call Customer Services on 0844 848 8822 or PM me your address (I don't have access to the subscriber database) and we'll get a replacement out to you pronto. andy watson
I have all the pages, but the printers have definately been playing games. Some of the pages in mine (the ones about Bury St Edmunds show) were uncut and needed tearing apart. I realised on further reading they hadn't been centred properly because their opposite pages were pushed over by almost an inch, just cutting off the borders of Alex Whittakers column. J B
Whoops, mine the same as Bruce's. Looks like Customer Services are going to be busy.
John Privett
Identical problem here too. Flicking quickly through it, I thought it odd that Sanyo had two identical ads for their batteries. Then I started getting a deja vu feeling about the other pages!... I'll call Cust Services.
John Privett
If anybody else is about to call them, note that, according to their recorded message, they're only open between 10am and 2pm!
Pete B
And it's called Customer Services?? Pete
Gerard
Same problem here. Duplicated pages along with missing pages the same as Bruce. Looks like the collation and binding department had an off day from their usual quiet efficiency and decided to test if receivers of the magazine were actually reading it in total! Bruce Richards
Received replacement issue today. David thank you very much for your prompt action.
David Ashby - Moderator
No problem Bruce, if anyone else has the same problem then please call cust services (as I'm about to go on leave and so won't be able to respond to PM's soon). Thanks. It looks like a small 'batch' went wrong rather than the whole print run but I appreciate it's annoying, please accept my apologies if you are affected.
