I have lent a flying buddy a spare Futaba TX with a Frsky module and an old Frsky receiver V8FR, he asked me the other day if its ok to use a 5 cell receiver pack on it I asked him if it has a HV sticker on the side but he wasn't sure if it has and I cannot remember..

  9. Here's my new model just finished but not had a proper flight yet as the engine is new and not run in enough to give a reliable run It's a Bright Spark that has been altered a bit to fit the asp twin and has a 2 peace main wing 88'', also other than the leading and trailing wing edges the rest of the plane has been made with light ply, and birch ply for the engine former and undercarrage mounting.

  17. Hi Onetenor My cnc machine will cut faster and deeper but I chose not to run it at its max, plus I'm new to this cnc game and just getting to grips with cutting depth V speed. I did make a mistake when I was machining the spoil board and plunged a 15mm cutter 3/8 in to the mdf board and cut a channel across the spoil board
  18. Max Z I like it and I would like to see both sets of plans and then decide which to use, fingers crossed and waiting.

  23. Hi Andrew I striped one thread on the carb of my SC 40, asked at the LMS and was told to just put a bolt through with a nut on the other end and that it will have little or no effect on performance, this was done and I sealed the carb with silicon around the ''O'' ring and the bolt and never looked back....

    Drone racing

I've no interest in quad's or drones but I thought some on here would like it, I did notice most if not all pilots were using the Tanaris though.
