Have a Shooter 40 I have been flying for 15/20 years, great go to model. Made one mod, added a rudder to aid takeoff. (don't like steerable nose wheel)

Just saw the video on your build, very well done. I noticed on photo No.2 above a pattern plane in the back round, Aerostar ? maybe.

Nice work. RCMW did a kit review sometime in 2004 I think. I do remember it was powered by a GMS 47 and the reviewer was quite pleased with same. Have one of these on my wish list, so hopefully some day soon. Looking forward to the rest of the build.

Pretty much. I think ASP are modeled on the OS FSR series engines

The Mk1 AX has a rear mounted needle on a bracket. So if you can find one, problem solved.

As many will be aware, the ASP Piston/Liner is a perfect fit for the FX and true ABC. In Stock at Just Engines.

Duplistar was drawn up by 2 members of the GBRCAA( no idea who) Dalesman did very good work at the time and was the go too guy for wings. Model was never avaliable from DSM

Had a Super Dalotel back in the day. Very simple model to build, with foam front and rear decks and no fiberglass cowl. Foam wing and tail. Was available in kit form or with jig built fuzz.

Don't forget the Tornado in its day was powered by Webra 61, OS 60 FSR and Rossi 60 all on Tuned pipes.
