As a test, you can try pressing and holding the panic button whilst wiggling the elevator. If the elevator moves normally with panic button depressed, then the panic channel is indeed reversed.

Try reversing the panic button - Sounds like you are stuck in panic mode. Note that the receiver is programmed to add a small amount of up elevator as throttle increases beyond 50%, which is why you are seeing the up elevator movement as you advance the throttle. As my current build is too big for my workbench, it is on the dining room table. I am making good use of the chairs!

Nope. I was already part way through a build before the virus kicked in, but now, as a key worker, I am in work even longer hours so have no time to continue with the build. Easter holidays & bank holidays are cancelled too, so no building to be done then either. Just as well I suppose, because I am still waiting for covering film to come back into stock at HobbyKing. Oracover is just too expensive. (Plus I have more than enough models anyway)

It needs to be something we can build using empty toilet roll cardboard tubes, empty baked bean tins, empty pasta packets and empty paracetamol boxes. Seems there must be a lot of these building materials out there.....

I probably fret for the very same people that you are talking about. My point was that there are still apparently some people out there who haven't grasped the seriousness of the situation. They still describe this as flu and blame the politicians for their handling of the situation. The bottom line is that nobody is to blame (maybe a Chinese market trader?) and nobody knows how to handle it. You keep referring back to my earlier comment about raising the drawbridge. You fail to notice that I said in the same post that it was too late to raise the drawbridge once the attacker is inside the castle. What I meant, in case you didn't understand the metaphor, was that we had the opportunity to keep the virus away from our island before it reached us. Once it was here, it was too late. I'm with you Gary. Some others need to start taking it more seriously. I don't worry about myself, but I do worry about those around me who are at risk/vulnerable. IGNOREance is not an option.

"I didn't do nothing" is the one that gets me most. I usually answer it with "so you did something then", only to be confronted with blank stares. That and the following phrases from over the pond: "A whole bunch" - Seemingly a description for anything greater than 1. Other adjectives are available people! "Lets go ahead and" - A completely unnecessary phrase. Lets go ahead and look at the next annoying phrase... "Your all set". So, that's it like. Fantastic.

I sent Horizon many emails, which they failed to respond to. I sent recorded delivery letters which they failed to respond to. When somebody finally responded after naming and shaming online, they said that they 'cannot deal with old issues'. When I pointed out that the issues were only old because they ignored my emails and letters when the issues were new they stopped replying. As far as I'm concerned Horizon are rotten to the core. Their products are overpriced and not particularly reliable. I used to be an advocate of their products. My advice now is not to touch them with a barge pole. -

But what then puzzled me is that I then saw the Turnigy Accucell 6 C150 which us a single 150W charger. But it is £35. So I could buy two Turnigy Accucell 6. C150s for a lot cheaper than a single Turnigy Reaktor 240W - plus they have a higher power output. I can’t really see any difference, but I wondering whether there must be something better about the Reaktor. Anyone know anything about these chargers? Cheers, Nigel May be a moot point as both are out of stock with no ETA. Hobbyking do not seem to have had any new stock in whatsoever for months. They have laid off staff and downsized due to cashflow issues, but they don't seem to be re-stocking any items. I really hope I'm wrong, but I fear they may disappear once all their existing stock has sold.

Yep as long as you don't go into the air which is regulated by the CAA, so as long as the plane stays on the ground you are fine................. But the landowner owns the airspace above their land up to a height that is 'reasonable for the normal use and enjoyment of the land'. In the case of the Orme, model flying has taken place there for many, many years, so it has become the normal use of the land.

Letters to their CEO in the USA resulted in no response too. Would not touch them with a barge pole lately.
