I got this copy from a son-in-law next completed. The plane had been in a garage for 20 years but now it flies in its proper element.

American RCModeller - Kwik Stick - Plan 543a
Alve Hansson replied to Ian Laing's topic in All Things Model Flying
Posted by Dai Fledermaus on 10/12/2014 20:26:32: For anyone else who is interested, the plan for Quick Stick is now available here :- LINK I have a wing for the Great Planes Big Stik 60 and was thinking of building a Kwik Stick 1. The drawing says "cut wing saddle with 0 ° incidence", can this be correct? I think the wing must have a positive angle of attack. What do you think? Edited By Alve Hansson on 12/10/2020 15:19:38 -

My Extra 260 flies very well with NGH GT25 and 17X8 APC. -
I have an OS GF30, with 17X8, in mine and it can roll straight up until I can no longer see it anymore, that engine is enough for me .

Yes it looks like that but the wing was properly mounted. Relaxing flight on a windless evening. . -

I got a FlyBoy, which was stored almost finished in a garage for 20 years. After a number of hours of work, it became the maiden today. Quite unfamiliar with three channels but it ended happily. -
Mini magic extra. Lost the bidding, looking forward.

Thanks for your help. I am an experienced club flier. Not easy to find models for small engines. An alternative is also PEPE Kadett and Knut. **LINK** There are many suitable vintage models, but I want something different, I'm only 74 years old. I keep looking.

I came across a Magnum GP 15 the other day and am now looking for a suitable kit, any suggestions? Preferably complete kit or ARF. Conversion from electrical to IC is also a possibility.

Pilot Barnstormer 25L, time for maiden. -
Yesterday I benched the NGH GT9 Pro with OS plug G5 made for gas engines and it worked great. Without the ignition unit and battery for this, I save 240 grams in weight on the plane and some necessary space in addition.

Seagull Dual Ace Laser Build
Alve Hansson replied to Chris Walby's topic in Build Blogs and Kit Reviews
Is it time to balance my model? The C of G according to this on line manual https://www.horizonhobby.com/pdf/SEA4025_manual.pdf is 80-90 mm back from LE. The supplied manual states 105 to 115mm . The front of the wing (LE) is straight and the wing's average chord is 31.5 cm. Based on average chord, CofG will be: 25.4% 80 mm back from LE 27% 85 mm back from LE 28.6% 90 mm back from LE 30% 95 mm back from LE 31,7% 100 mm from LE 33.3% 105 mm back from LE 35% 110 mm back from LE 36,5% 115 mm back from LE Think I will try 85-90 mm from LE for a start. Curious about where your ( other DualAce pilots) CofG ended.
