Hopefully not misread the audience. There are intelligent wealthy people involved in this hobby.

That's what the Porsche or Lotus would be for.😉

Does anyone have any investment and will writing tips/advice? I'm looking at changing my car (new). I'm not really a fan of German made things, past experiences and think they are generally overrated. My thinking is something assembled here which are the New Nissan Juke ( new electric model nothing like the present one and apparently going on sale early 2025), New Evoque (due 2025, no release date), Jaguar SUV (which will be replaced 2026-27). My other consideration is a secondhand Porsche Boxster (I know it's German) or a Lotus (Elise etc.) and a new Dacia Duster Hybrid. Budget would be about 60K. So what are your thoughts?

Come on Weston Park !!!!!

The show needs a better commentator. The "Bear (?)" is far too trying, arrogrant, annoying, egotistical, irritating and pushy! He spoils the show. Dave Bishop does a far better job! -
I have an unused boxed 3s version and the thrust vectoring unit , I think it is linked to ailerons, rudder?

The GWS prop seems very brittle, breaks in storage. You only have to knock it and it breaks.

Can anyone suggest an alternative replacement for a GWS 4 x 2.5 propeller? Thank you.

I always found Whitchurch models to be very competitive on price! Martin was very enthusiastic about having a larger premises but the pandemic has changed that. -

It was sad to hear that Whitchurch Models that closed, Martin was very helpful and had a good assortment of items to purchase. I shall miss the shop a great deal as it was very handy for me. I walked pass the other day and it didn't look right, rather like a building that you pass by on a regular basis then it gets demolished. Trawling the internet for hours and shopping online isn't the same as walking into a shop. I wish Martin,Susan and Jasper well for the future! -

I have drill bits with sand paper, oxide paper and wet/dry paper glued to them,
-
Thanks Cuban8, I use a similar method which consist of tracing the profiles from the plan to the actual piece of balsa. Then I make up cardboard templates which I use to help get the shape I require. As for sanding tools I use various objects and various blocks of wood including lollipop sticks and wooden coffee stirrers. One of my favourite objects for sanding at the moment is a Zap superglue bottle.

Can anyone give me any tips to make the tail fillet for the TN Mig 15? I wasn't happy with the first attempt, didn't look correct. It broke on removal and making a second this afternoon which may not work out? Thank you. Edited By Adrian Norris 1 on 08/05/2020 11:50:11

Quick depron build plan needed for home flyer.

I've had a few problems, COG,prop breaking on landing, always tips forward. I have now fitted a prop saver but need a better propeller than the GWS 4 x 2.5, any suggestions? The fuselage is a bit narrow and space is limited for the electrics, other than that it has plenty of go and turns quite tightly. Edited By Adrian Norris 1 on 01/04/2020 11:16:50
