  10. Stephen gets to live another day. Meanwhile once I get home I will be interrogated as to " what do you need another one for " or the such like. Oh well it's not a dress rehersal so really looking forward to collection. !!!!!!
  11. Does Paul have poor memory or some repetitive syndrome??? I can not recall seeing a decathlon stutter rap!!!!! Lol
  12. Dooh I have cut out a profile frame and glued together but in my haste have found I've lost a small cog that fits in the worm drive. It's the one on the motor. The smaller of the two . I have swept the floor and scoured the debris , shook the mat all to no avail. Anyone know where I can source one from???
  13. Get one or Agee of those electric plugs which give a high pitch sound . Safe for dogs but rodents can not stand it. Not good if you have hamsters etc. I had a mouse problem ate my pond vac right in the middle of the hose!! Since using these plugs not seen sign in garage, shed or hanger.

Now this is prob a dumb question but will a dx6i operate the first 6 channels of a 7ch rx the ar7000???????
  16. Great for the park but defi needs a massive indoor area. I love it handled yesterday's wind / breeze
  17. Sorry guys I just bought it. I am now in something smelly over my head .... But you only live once!!!!!
  18. Glass hammer, tartan paint, white food colouring, leg of salmon or liver, left handed screwdriver, elbow grease and skyhooks are all items found in the stores ..... Well the army store anyway. New recruits all were asked to collect these fictions items. Then if they were really good we're sent to collect a long stand!!! Most jobs inicate new young recruits into the trade with funnies of some sort
  19. It is a 3 channel Cessna with worm drives. All the parts have been removed including control horns ready to go. The arms are good and worms work..... Or have I spoke too soon.? The used to float around the hall for a relaxing flight . Thought it might just help out a friend .. But not when it was. Just running round the floor due to glue over load!!!!!!
  20. Got an old minium with more glue holding it together and weighs too much. Taxis round well! Going to rip out and have made templates for Depron shockie but how thick or thin should I use? Just hoping to do a profile Cessna
  21. It is a trade . Either the uc gives or it rips off the complete under side. I have repaired mine and since been having so much fun. The elevator and rudder hinges are now tired and will be replaced. This modelis heavily used and is prob 6 years old. It was the fibre hinge which had come loose will pin the new ones as wellllll
  22. I have the 120 funtana and that to suffered the same problem. it appears with some models glue on the joints is an optional extra. I am only glad the same company does not make full size!!! It is a great model other wise I love mine i goes where i want it and can fly way beyond my abilities. So much easier than a trainner but then it is abit more expensive!!

  24. When one of the hi tec servos burnt out on first use( but I had bought them 2 years earlier ) I threw in a futaba. The hi tecs are heavy duty so after a month or two I replaced the servo with a hitec . I was sure that originally the flaps operated correct but it had been a while. Now John saying that has given me the reason why it is now operating the wrong way. However the fubbie is a standard 3003 so not a viable swap really. I just did not think of trying to bind separate ports. I am using a y lead. Never done that before need to work that one out.
