David Gilder
Timbo- Some nice pics from Lleyn Club.. I believe T.C. was due to be there from I.O.M. but was unable to attend. I know he was gutted!! My mum was with him and his wife for a few days as they are family friends.. In fact.... Its all thanks to T.C. that i got into this wonderful sport. My first ever model flying was done on his 2mtr SAS Thing On Lower Combs near Charlesworth, Derbyshire. What a small world!!

Stephen Grigg
today was the best day for a couple of weeks and a decent tturn out but not to many which was good.A beautifully built Sig Star 60 had its maiden flight flew superbly and very slowly after its maiden it towed a couple of gliders, and lande very slowly and gently Fitted with a 120 OS 2 stroke

David Ashby - Moderator
Thanks Stephen, that's a very varied turnout. You can't beat the classic Sig Four Star and the pusher looks very interesting, has it flown?
Plummet
Well, I wasn't flying models over the weekend, but I was involved in modeling based activities. I was taking detail photos of the 1:1 aircraft for one of my current 1:6 build. Does that count? Plummet
Stephen Grigg
Yes the pusher flies very well on 2 diesel ,he flies it very high and when the engines stop glides it down always landing at his feet
