No E-mail alerts for new postings

Hi Tom
This is definitely a Virgin Media thing, as far as I can tell the only people having problems are people using Virgin Media with the extension @virginmedia.com it doesn't happen with other extensions i.e ntlworld.com.
 
I know you said you are using 'Outlook' or 'Outlook Express' but I still think you need to get into your Virgin Media mail account because that is where it's being filtered out prior to being forwarded to 'Outlook'
 
To access your Virgin Media mail account you will require a password which you possibly don't have as you are using 'Outlook' so I'm afraid a call to Virgin Media CS may be the only answer.
 
I have posted this PM in the 'No Alerts' thread just in case anybody else can help.
