Tim Mackey
Got the luvverly big ( 2kWatt ) EFlite power 110 motor from James big sell off ( thanks Jim ) and now have to decide what to do with it. I currently have 3 options.1) Keep it for that next big new bird - as yet dunno what that will be.2) Replace the current hungry high Kv Scorpion in the PC9 and use 9s LiPo.3) And this ones especially for BEB - rip out that oily great lump of .91 four-stroke .engine in the 8lb AUW Sportsman Aviation Spifire, and replace it with the Power110. Steven Buckingham
Stick it in the Spit, put a couple of good strong English fingers up to the oily's. R J Mitchel would have approved of anything which gave an edge and you know its going to be better for the conversion!
Tim Mackey
It looks like the "poll" is leaning toward the Spit - and yes, I do have a sound module and speakers laying idle at the moment. Hmm.

Pete B
Just imagine it, Timbo....no sticky goo, no cleaning sessions at the end of the day, no ungainly non-scale cylinder heads or silencers sticking out of massive holes in the cowling to spoil that classic outline - and the sound of a Merlin, to boot! The decision is done and dusted, I'd say........Pete

Steven Buckingham
Well if you're going to get literary about it then: "Children of the future age, Reading this indignant page, Know that in a former time Love, sweet love, was thought a crime."
