Oldbaldfella
Does anywhere sell them anymore in the UK? Apart from SAS I cannot find any. Thanks.
Alan Cantwell
SAS? i dont think they sell PSS, do they? what type of PSS sloper are you after? quite a few power ones will convert
Oldbaldfella
No they don't! Just foam slope soarers. WW2 fighters would be a good start, I think.....!
Alan Cantwell
one of our guys flys the ripmax spitfire goes well in a light to moderate breeze, there is also oodles of plans on the PSS website, the PSS association was started by an old mate of mine, Alan Hulme, now sadly deceased,
Marty Ball
I bought a U2 from LEG in the States. Not impressed 100% with the service and all the models they do are only "stand off" scale and their Spitfire looks definatelly stubby! But if you are looking for a foam semi scale model that will bounce, might be worth a punt

Marty Ball
Coat £25 but that was for 2 models posted together (I had ordered another model for someone else at the same time). I think from what I have read on different forums that it's an (Un)-lucky dip if you get picked on by the customs.
David Gilder
Does it have to be a kit? How are you with building from plans? A good starter for PSS is the trusted BAE Hawk, plans and moulded canopy available from Andy Conway. Have a look at the PSSA Website... I'm just building an own design Antonov 72 and have a build blog running... Do keep us informed and if you have any questions, have a chat to Phil Cooke or Matt Jones, both frequent here regularly!! Oldbaldfella
Many thanks for that. I would prefer a kit due to current space limitations but there may be ways around it! There again, looking at some of the very impressive builds on here I may not bother!!! Many thanks for the info.
Alan Cantwell
i have a mind to chuck my YT 72"thunderbolt off the slope, i ripped both legs out last year, and its been sitting here ever since, dont fancy a major repair session, i know that a lot of the YT fleet has been PSSed, might be interesting
