Phil Brooks
Who needs a high speed rail link when the High Speed Canal Link is already available? Not, I regret to say, one of mine, but taken by the son of a friend and fellow boat owner.

Phil Brooks
Posted by David Ashby - RCME on 28/07/2013 19:33:22: I like that Phil, how did he achieve the effect? A highly tuned engine at full throttle and a well waxed hull! Or........... I understand that he used a x400 neutral density filter to allow a long exposure without having to use a ridiculously high f-number. As Ian Drury once nearly said, "There ain't half been some clever people, aint there"? Foxfan
Tim, just seen this thread and saw your red sports car. Since it was on different wheels, different steering wheel and a Q plate, would I be right in thinking it was actually not a Morgan, but a Burlington SS? So pleased if it was. I used to run Burlington in the Tom Rathbone days (1984) Cheers, Martin
