Keith Evans 3
Be aware -----I received a very convincing billing notice from BT this week . It inferred that it could not forward my on line statement as there was a problem with either my address info or account details and was directing me to what looked liked an official BT web site .I checked with BT and they confirmed it was not from them and they would not ask for such info through an E Mailing system . I was also grateful that my AVG protection had also spotted it and had dealt with it. So beware!!!

Kevin 216
Hi Keith, I have had about six or seven of these, they are not all the same, one asks you to update your e-mail account. I have followed BT's advice from their web-page and forwarded them to [email protected]. As a precaution I never click the link in any e-mail from retailers/banks/etc. I always log on via their web address to check
Masher
I also get these now - 2 at each billing point for the last 2 months. They are particularly convincing and the only error on mine is that they tell me my credit card details are out of date so they can't take payment - but we don't pay by credit card!
