Tony Thomas Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 Looks a super model. The video brings back memories of Nat. Service at RAF Old Sarum (School of Land Air Warfare). The Royal Navy section had a Hawker Firefly and a Sea Fury. The Navy would not let the RAF pilots get their hands on it. It out-flew our Mk9 Spitfire in any simulated dog-fight.Both aircraft were a tribute to the sklls of British aeronautical engineering that has almost been sadly lost forever.
