Interesting question. As I understand it our dear friends from HMRC have tightened up on this. Hobbyking used to put a reduced value on the customs declaration to avoid import taxes. Delivery from their Hong Kong warehouse is roughly 3 weeks. I've come around to accepting that when buying from China, it's a gamble if you get good customer service or not when things go wrong. A fellow club member uses them a lot, but he did strongly caution me against searching the Inimate Apparel section though!!! He said my delicate sensitivity may be effected....
