John The proposal for a "joining fee" which it has to be said wasn't a "BMFA" proposal but a proposal from a specific technical committee, didn't even get seconded if I recall correctly. Keith Lomax Posted July 1, 2016 Share Posted July 1, 2016 I believe that minutes are normally published after the meeting at which they are formally voted and accepted.
