Russ P
Can anyone help re AS3X receiver not binding to DX7 transmitter. I've followed the instructions that came with the receiver and also all the advice on the web, but to no avail. Other Spektrum receivers bind without any problems. It is a brand new one and this is the first time I've used it. This is my final attempt at solving this problem before sending it off to HH in Germany. Am i missing something? Denis Watkins
Is the RX pre owned Russ, or new? As it could contain preprogramming. Anyways, the bind is as normal, with the DX7 switched off, connect the bind plug to the bind port Connect your receiver battery to another port, the correct way round, I keep a 4.8v pack with spekrum lead just for this The led in the RX should now blink Switch on the Tx in bind mode away from the RX Should bind within 10 sec
OZ e flyer
I've found you have to be careful there is no throttle input at all. Make sure your throttle is at zero. Also got caught out being too close. For some reason if the tx is too close to the rx it doesn't see it. TP
Dwain Dibley.
To back Tipsy pilot up......Sometimes you have to reduce the throttle trim till the Rx binds, usually indicated by the motor beeping at about 1 beep per sec. Funnily enough it happened to me on Tuesday with a new ESC install in a webbit. D.D.
Russ P
The receiver is new. It did bind initially but it wouldn't bind having programmed it through the app. I've deleted the app and started again, so it could contain some programming, if so how can I delete the programming?
