Jon H
Posted by Ron Gray on 15/06/2018 07:00:34: Of course Jon, the alternative is to let me have the engine to put in my Giant Super Sportster whilst I wait for the Laser gassers to come through! Either that or it’ll be the Gemini I’ve been offered by a clubmate! oooor you could give me the sportster for safe keeping? I could even do what i could to keep it aloft for as long as possible to prevent mouse attack? Incidentally, a 300 gemini would be nice in the Sportster soo.. boo Rich, i thought about a cub, but it would need to be a monster (like the one you suggest) and i dont have the space for that at the moment. Its also not a cheap model and if im spending those sorts of sums it needs to be a model i want as opposed to any old thing that allows me to get this engine in the air. Rich too
You're going to NEED a big plane for that motor
Ron Gray
Was also debating the Gemini or the 240v for the RV8.........

AVC
If you had time to build, I'd recommend the Apache Aviation / SLEC Super or Pepsi Chipmunk, I have the Pepsi one with an MVVS 30cc, and I love how she flies. With the FF240 and a smoke punk, it would be perfect !!
