Michael Wright Posted June 13, 2018 Share Posted June 13, 2018 Hi, looking for more advice please! I have now got my Multiplex Heron up and running and enjoying great thermal flights. I am starting to think that a vario would be nice but I have no idea what to get. The set up I have is a Spektrum DX9 (black edition) and a Lemon 10 channel rx. Frank Skilbeck Posted June 13, 2018 Share Posted June 13, 2018 I use a SM Modelbau Unisens E sensor in my Heron with my Multiplex radio, vario, altimeter, volts, amps and mah all in one small sensor, it works with Spektrum too, but I'm not familiar with the Lemon Rx and it's telemetry sensor interface. Bruce Collinson Posted June 15, 2018 Share Posted June 15, 2018 There are currently I think 4 Herons flying at our club, all on Spektrum txs; two have Lemon telemetric rxs with vario and a third is about to have (mine) when I've mended the Wot 4 tail, plumbed theYak, maidened a little Sukhoi, got an ASP to idle and transition, solved Middle Eastern peace and fused the atom. They seem to work very well, as generally do Lemon rxs. The ones being fitted here have volts and temp built in. Beware import duty. Hope this helps.
