Engine Doctor
Posted by Bob Cotsford on 01/01/2019 15:08:51: It's his registered address that really decided me, '1 West Midlands' with a ficticious postcode? Why put that when he's offering items for collection? I'm pleased for you that you got your money back . Never leave it too long as there is a cut off point when e-bay wont get involved. I believe the timeline is between 8 and 30 days .
Denis Watkins
Posted by Bob Cotsford on 01/01/2019 15:08:51: It's his registered address that really decided me, '1 West Midlands' with a ficticious postcode? Why put that when he's offering items for collection? This is barmy Bob, on two counts If he was real, then he has lost a good sale, and an eBay and PayPal account at least 10 years old On the other hand, if the good account was hijacked, the address altered, a new bank account added, which can be done All for what? To grab one lot of monies, just seems pointless, but that's from my viewpoint You taught us now Bob, we bid, but don't pay up till verified contact is made for collection items.
