SIMON CRAGG
Having spent a couple of days putting together the Dynam FW190, everything went together a treat until it came to the retracts. Checked all connections etc. They would only work about 30 seconds after the retract switch had been operated, and then, not every time!. More changing of Y leads, channels, ext. leads = exactly the same. No matter what I tried, I got the same "delayed action" from the retracts............all very odd. Anyway, I have contacted the Hobby Store that sold me the model in the first place, so watch this space. Anybody else had a problem with Dynam retracts?. dan h
Dynam retracts are well known for being not very good at all. Lots of reports on the net about dynam retracts.I replaced my dynam hurricane retracts with some nice alloy ones from hobbyking that went straight in. Never had a problem since. John Tee
On my Hellcat there was a fair lag when operating for the first time daily. Once "armed" they work OK. Not very good as already said, they bend even on good landings. John

Ron Gray
Simon, have a look at Rapid RC, they sell the same retracts as HK and may have them in stock.

SIMON CRAGG
Many thanks. Got a pair of metal retracts from HK £17.00 for a pair. Work a treat.
