dave parnham Posted June 27, 2020 Share Posted June 27, 2020 I'm so glad this topic has surfaced again Ive just started my Albatros D3 wings and the washout on these is looking confusing, but at least you build the front half of the wing first then pack the rear spars and the Aileron tips!! they are like Eagles wing tip feathers! No, don't drown your sorrows but try to introduce the necessary deformation by steaming the aileron structure and twisting gently.
