Shaun Walsh
Is everyone else having problems ordering from Hobbyking's EU warehouse? When I try to get a shipping cost it just says" There aren't any shipping options available at your location from this warehouse. Try providing additional address information or changing the warehouse. " I presume they are trying to sort out what documentation they now need to ship outside the EU. Simon Chaddock
It looks like you are right. No shipping from the EU so far but items can still be shipped from the Global warehouse. .
Shaun Walsh
Just been chatting with HK support online, they say it's caused by the new strain of Covid and shipping arrangements were fine, try ordering again later (like several weeks). David Ovenden
I had no trouble ordering from the EU warehouse yesterday for delivery to an address in France. So problems maybe linked to the new customs/ paperwork/ VAT regulations rather than Covid?
kc
There is an explanation of why some other companies refuse UK orders now - see BBC website
