Tom Flynn 1
Hi everyone I have an Irvine 53 with no exhaust manifold. Stock seems to be low of a replacement. Does anyone have any idea what other make it could fit to this engine. thanks all.
Simon Clark
Hi Tom Many engines of this size had the same exhaust fixings - in particular the OS FX40, AX46, AX55 etc and the SC/ASP 40, 46 and 52. Many of these are discontinued or low stock but I think Just Engines have some OS46AX exhausts in. I suggest that you give Just Engines a call - always very helpful. Good luck Simon
Don Fry
Tom, I used to own one of these, until a very misjudged maneuver resulted in a long high speed debris field. Motor destroyed, shame, but the exhaust survived. I think I have identified it, 37mm between centers, 3 mm bolts. Bit scraped, but not dented, and sound. Yours if you want it, no use to me, but, I’m in France, and I would have to find out how to negotiate the carriage of important stuff in this fractured world. coo, I’ve just found out how to insert photos.
Nigel R
As above, 37mm hole spacing. There's an SC silencer ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/JP-Glow-SC-Engine-Silencer-40-53-MKII-ASP-OS-Enya-GMS-Magnum-TT-JEN-WEST/174496826092?hash=item28a0d242ec:g:tIYAAOSw2PpfmVbq It's Steve Webb ebay outlet, so a kosher shop. Don Fry
No problem John. Send me a PM with address. I will find out how to do the customs form, but it might not be fast as I’m running busy.

Don Fry
Denis, thank you. In English, or perhaps Techi will suffice. I’ve got a vague idea, to export a lump of scrap, to a new user. In a giffy bag. No monetary added value. I tend to wander to the post office. Not the local post office, the person in charge is not helpful. The nice lady 5 k away is the preferred routing path. HMRC, first reading, don’t seem to suggest a non monetary socialist gift of scrap. I think I need the number of the form. Then I can print it off.
