Martin McIntosh
As the title says, all replies to my posts now go to spam. Any ideas as to why this should be please?
GrumpyGnome
That's the work of your email client. With most, marking a few as 'not spam' will be enough to prevent a repeat....
Martin McIntosh
Thanks, but do not seem to have that option on BTmail.
Phil Green
If you add the sender to your contacts, these messages will no longer be treated as spam. Marking as 'not spam' only works for the current message. The 'Mark as not spam' option is only visible when you're in the spam folder, its under 'More' Edited July 20, 2022 by Phil Green
GrumpyGnome
Depends on the client - think with Thunderbird it'll be all future messages. As you say, adding a contact is a good solution.

Martin specifically said BT Mail, which is web based, there is no POP3 client. Its actually the same Yahoo platform used by Sky Mail etc 😃
GrumpyGnome
Click on a spam item, click sender and you will get a drop down with a choice to 'add contact'.... That should do it.
