Leccy, is there any reason you didn't simply use polystyrene sheet as insulation to line the inside?  It's non-conductive and so would avoid the extra step of adding Correx.

Geoff -ordinary expanded polystyrene foam doesn't have a fraction of the insulating capacity of the Kingspan - I've been amazed at how well that insulates my workshop and I'm told that the aluminium foil is an intrinsic part of that.

Additionally, the Correx is a much harder wearing surface than polystyrene and it is fire retardant as well.

Legs are a great idea John - I never thought of that. The clear sticky plastic coating is a pain to remove. My mission to secure the right matching colour for the box to blend in with it's surroundings proved unsuccessful this morning. I thought I'd cracked it, but the example that I found was a "chalk" surface, not suitable for external use.

Plenty paint left if you want some. Part of a two for one first order from Watco, £80  a big tin , original use was for roofs, high end spec, I used it to rejuvenate wrinkly tin garage roof, only used half

Thanks for the offer, but it has to match in with the surroundings John, so a very specific colour required.
