Peter 'Ivanna Crashalot' Savage
From the lysander page linked from the top of this page: The 2-sheet Lysander plan will be included free in our 2009 Special Issue on sale 25 September. From the september magazine under Coming in the october issue: FREE PRO-PLAN Ton van Munsteren presents his back to basics flying boat for brushless electric power and standard 3s Li-Po packs. Is this "special issue" coming inbetween the september and october issue?
David Ashby - Moderator
After the Oct issue Peter, we're just putting the finishing touches to that and then we start on the special issue.

Peter 'Ivanna Crashalot' Savage
I too hope to send a model into RCM&E, i have a load of wing ribs cut out at home and a nice sc 32 waiting! Thanks for that, i didn't realise it was one sold outside of the one a month system, does this mean it won't be in newsagents?
David Ashby - Moderator
Every issue of RCM&E is sold in newsagaents Peter.

Peter 'Ivanna Crashalot' Savage
What diameter is the cowling? Also, what size is the scale prop?
David Ashby - Moderator
Approx 14-15 cm. Scale prop? Haven't a clue Peter I'm afraid.
Peter 'Ivanna Crashalot' Savage
Thanks, i was just wondering if the cowl would fully cover my FS-48, cause it isn't particularly the nicest looking engine, it has a hole in the front of the rocker box It would be good to make a scale Bristol mercury engine for it My grandad worked on those engines because they were also the ones in the Bristol Blenheim With the diametre of the cowl i can work out the scale prop with blueprints EDIT: Ah, the scale prop is 15". There is no way a 48 could swing that :s Oh well, i'll probably go with a 12" or a 13", but it has to be 3 blade :s Edited By Peter Savage on 17/08/2009 23:38:
