Posted June 20, 2009 Share Posted June 20, 2009 stephen-each to there own-but when you put a mix into one model like you have...it won't work the same with another completely different model..i would go steady on the stick's with a model with aileron's mixed into rudder(unless it was a cub or similar) on the ground..in the air a lot of high wing planes especially the cub's and the like benifit from the mix of rudder and aileron's...i would attempt the take off using your rudder only on the ground...........again each to there own-the above is my opinion only...i know when it's early day's anything that get's the plane safely off the ground into the air is a help for your confidence and Wallet................ ken anderson...member of the S.g....fanclub... Stephen Grigg Posted July 9, 2009 Author Share Posted July 9, 2009 Last night for some reason we had to readjust thr rudder and elevator they were quite a way out.Tonight I started to put it together and the rear wing bolt appears to have stripped overnight.,Dont know what I can do about it it at the moment.
