    Instead of using a petrol oil mix have you ever thought about using one of the pre-mixed alkylitic fuels ? Husqvarna do their own another is called Aspen2 . they contain NO ethanol to rot out fuel lines or any other rubber bits or any of the other harmful chemicals that get added to fuel,and its evironmentally friendly . I've even found in small two stroke engines it'll de-gunk a carb the other added bonus is ..... it has a higher octane rating too Edited By Andrew Dunn 1 on 15/04/2020 17:11:13

    Vince if i remember correctly acetone (nail varnish remover) will dissolve gap fill foam and hello chris have been reading this build from day one and as a non-builder/flyer i find it very interesting to the point i'm actually starting to think about maybe giving this building lark a try myself

    I'm neither a modeller or a flyer i just have an interest in all things that fly , always have always will . Now this may sound daft/stupid and please tell me if this is the case but .... is there anyway/possibility you could leave the ends of the wings open and have inlets built into/through the wings ? i know i said it was daft but hey you never know , the other thought i had was could you have inlets disguised with a fine mesh so it looked solid from a distance but would allow air in ?     Hi Phil what year is your zafira ? if its pre 2007 its not looking good for a direct aux input if its post 2008 have you looked down by the handbrake as some had an aux input socket fitted there also is it a CD30 or a CD30mp3 ? i had vauxhalls for years and trying to find an after market head unit and keep the dash display and steering wheel controls is a nightmare you could also try ..... www.vauxhallownersnetwork.co.uk www.astraownersnetwork.co.uk as after all the zafira is based on the astra www.vxronline.co.uk hope you get it sorted re: the fm link i assume you've tried it all over the car to try and get the best signal with least interference ? I currently use one in my landrover was only a couple of quid off amazon and the quality varies greatly depending on where i put it also try to find an fm frequency that isn't used by a radio station.
