  1. I am giving up with the cowl and moving on. Next on the list is wing fairings, but how to do?. Bit of research coming up. Cheers ? Steve
  2. What really interests me is what relationship has the album photo got with the forum post in which it was used? Before there was a definite link. Deleting the photo from the album deleted it from the post. Now deleting the photo does not remove it from the post. I think that on the new forum the photos are embedded in the post and stored as part of the post, making the photo in the album superfluous. Just a point of interest. Is it possible to delete all my photos in one simple action, could be a moderator privilage. Steve
  3. Nice bit of history Matt. Nice aeroplane! and all from the scrap box even more impressive. Steve
  4. Interesting I've had that. I think that again once the text is entered hit return before adding the photo.
  5. After a bit more experimenting. If you add all the photos first then want to add text between. Click to the right of the photo, a thin vertical bar flashes, this is the cursor hit return to insert a line below. Let me know if I am talking rubbish(going senile) ? Cheers ? Steve
  6. Looks good to me GG. This thread is really demonstrating to me, as a novice, what is possible. Good stuff. Steve
  7. The edit time has now been extended to 20 minutes, which should also help.
  8. You are welcome John. As it happens I have always started with text hit return then add photo hit return add text hit return add photo... The important step appears to be hitting return after text and photo, to place the cursor on the next line. Cheers ? Steve
  9. John when you insert a photo hit return to move cursor below the photo.
  10. When you add the photo Immediately press return and the cursor moves from the right of the photo to below the photo.
  11. Hi John, Give me a moment to get a couple of photos. But apparently you use shift and return keys at the same time to insert a gap/lines between photos. Some text some more text Ok I copy and paste the photo and just press return which places the cursor below the photo. and drag and drop More text Does the same.
  12. At the present time removal can not be done but it is my understanding that it is on the list, which must be growing all the time.
  13. I have been too busy trying to work out the new forum. Tomorrow I will make progress. Steve
  14. I just upload them as taken. The only thing I do is crop to remove background clutter and check orientation. Size is reduce to 1000x750 if greater I have seen on another thread (Sandbox?).
  15. John you are a top dog you have 11 likes. The same as me and that is the only reason we come on here. You now have 12 and DD has 18 I give up I just can not compete. That was sarcasm BTW oops that's against the rules. Like you I just like helping others. This is an attribute that many in this hobby share and one that has amazed me since I joined this hobby three years ago. I am following people because they are having problems with this new forum. I have never used follow before but now I find it useful. If others think I am a nerd then that is their problem. I could go one but what's the point....
  16. I never thought of myself as a nerd but I like to keep up to date with my friends.
  17. We can now delete photos and albums. We are getting there! Steve
  18. Also search for "NGH GT9 Pro" gives no results because all words a 3 characters. Interesting Well I think so?
  19. That's new and works. Thanks GG Also once deleted they are still in the original post.
  20. Piers, Like you I had all sorts of problems to login to start with. Then all the issues disappeared. I had a lot of help from David Ashby and assumed he had done something but thinking back there was a coincidence. I changed my password strength to strong. After that no problems, all works as it should. Coincidence?
  21. You are and it is also on the list. There is a thread
