Alan Randall
Reminds me of the Mk1 Keil Kraft Ranger C/L team racer, but of course bigger.

Hi,the two Alan's and Paul, it also reminded me of a Keil Kraft model, but not the Ranger. It's almost identical in appearance to the slightly larger class 'B' team-racer, the Pacer. The main difference, apart from this model being somewhat larger,is that the Pacer was a mid-wing model, otherwise, the general lines are pretty similar.....................Mal. Peter Miller
Don't know what it is but it is not a 1920s racer. or even a 1930s racer. It is a very pretty model though and the construction and finish look superb. Enjoy!
Stephen Grigg
Like the pilot and see it has a removeable cowl to get at the engine.
Paul Broom
It has an OS 70fs fitted. I took it out last night but the slow running is not set up so needs a bit of set up at home before she takes to the sky. It was owned by one of our club members that passed away and was sold at our club auction. The build quality and finishing is first class, a bit heavy though. Alan Randall
Here are the Keil Kraft Ranger Mk1 and the Pacer. one is a Class A Team racer and one is a Class B This page is scanned from the 1953/54 Keil Kraft Handbook where they were displayed together on the same page. Veron and Mercury also had kits in the same style which was probably brought about by the upright motor.
