leccyflyer
Just 2.4ghz here, the difference with 35mhz in terms of ease of operation was chalk and cheese for me, coupled with the absence of three feet or orange wire trailing behind the model. Since I mostly fly small electric models I find that 2.4ghz is a boon on several levels. Have given away most of my 35mhz receivers to clubmates, they have little residual value and I would much rather see them used than languishing in a drawer. Lots of the chaps at the club fly on 35mhz. I have kept a couple of synthesised 35mhz receivers in order to have an electric trainer set up with buddy lead, using two spare transmitters. John Privett
Given that this poll started nearly two years ago, it might be interesting to re-run it and see how the figures compare two years on.
